We at Tech Mahindra, Pune are conducting WALKINS for  Process Trainers - International BSG – Semi Voice Process Openings  from TUES DAY 22nd May 2012 (Mon – Fri).   Work Location is CHANDIGARH. ELIGIBILITY: • B.Com/ M.Com (2 – 4yrs of Experience ) • Finance/Accounting Skills • Willing to work 24*7 (Night Shifts) • Has to be from Finance and Accounting background – Transaction/ Procurement/ Billing/ Invoice Processing • Preferred exp. on tools – JDE (JD Edwards) / SAP (Fin. Apps – FI & CO module) / ABAP - *preferred • Good on communication (US process preferred) • Experience influencing key stakeholders. • Strong background in a change management • Demonstrated experience with training. • Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to internal control. • Proven ability to assess risks and controls and identify opportunities for improvement. • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Effective people skills • Ability to work independently within clearly defined parameters • Ability to learn quickly • Ready to relocate to Chandigarh.
