Job Description:

Assistant Project Manager, Recruitment

• The candidate would majorly be responsible for hiring freelancers from across the globe for editing and translations, as per business requirements.

• Coordinating with Project Managers on Freelancer Requirements.

• Formulating recruitment strategy based on targets.

• Posting the job description on various job portals (International).

• Short listing of profiles to match with the job requirements in hand, making the candidates go through the test process, finalizing the offer, and following up till the candidate joins.

• Mapping and Documenting of all processes related to the recruitment function.

Assistant Project Manager

Project Allocation

 Proper selection of freelance vendors

 Communication (email and phone)

 Maintaining freelancer usage (spread)

 Meeting outsourcing targets

Workload Management

 Tracking close deadlines

 Client Deliverables management

 Managing last-minute scheduling changes

Freelancer management

 Feedback on procedural issues

Answering routine questions

Process management

 Maintaining allocation spreadsheets

 Basic data analysis

 Coordination with Client Servicing

 Negotiation on deadlines

Business Associate – Client Servicing

Strategizing:

• Formulate strategies for international marketing

Communication and coordination:

• Manage continuous communication with international clients (Corporate/Individual)

• Constant interaction with native Japanese colleagues

• Direct involvement in company’s client relationship management and client retention programs

Pre-requisites/key characteristics and skills required:
• BMS fresher with good academic percentage.

• Strong headhunting skills.

• Excellent in MS – Excel.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Resourceful.

• Should be a resident of Western suburbs.
