The job responsibilities, qualifications/ skills required are given below:
Walkin-Interview:
Dates: 18th May - 9 AM to 6 PM IST and 19th May (Saturday) - 10 AM to 4 PM IST.

Job Title 1: IT Technical Recruiter (USA shift - IT recruitment)
Job Responsibilities:
4-5 Years of experience with proven track record of Recruiting IT Professionals for consulting assignments.
Screen and evaluate prospective candidates for any position to confirm to client's job specifications, discuss availability and negotiate pay rates, check work authorization for USA visa availability and other relevant details before resume submission.
Should efficiently search candidates using Job Boards, i.e. Dice, Monster etc. and using third party vendors network.
Creatively build a database of qualified candidates through: Referrals, Electronic Postings, Job Boards etc. Should have knowledge of working with Applicant Tracking Systems.
Should be able to work effectively under pressure and handle several positions simultaneously.
Maintain regular documentation and on-going communication with Account Managers & Clients based in USA.
This position will require working hours in night shift (between 9PM-6AM Bangalore Time to be adjusted to match US Timings).

Job Title 2: Business Development Executive (USA shift -ColdCalling)
Job Responsibilities:
1-3 years of experience in cold calling, Lead Generation.
Excellent communication skills (both written and oral).
Responsible for generating new business in U.S Markets.
Market Research & Competitors analysis for companies in US.
Pre-Sales activities such as identifying and targeting the high potential prospects through email campaigning/ cold calling to generate leads for different verticals.
Identifying opportunities in the areas of Semiconductor Technology, Networking & Telecom, software development (C, C++, Java), ERP application development and qualifying the leads and taking them ahead with internal team.
Must contact the higher authority of organization, and schedule the meeting with those companies.
Engaging new clients for consulting requirements.
Must be Comfortable with night shifts.
Self-motivated, dedicated, result oriented professional with strong work ethics.
Good in people interaction, communication and relationship development.
Achieving sales targets in U.S Markets & Reporting to Pre-sales Manager.
