Assistant / Deputy Manager - Domestic Product Development
To analyze the market demand out of each region on various parameters for destinations taken care by the PM
Having consumer insights/needs out of each region based on various critical pointers (average spending capacity, destination preferred, duration, preferred mode of travel etc)
Develop and create products on the above parameters for destinations on both segments of the business (HP/FD & FIT)
Launching products as per the timelines and roadmap defined
Tracking and monitoring searches to queries and queries to conversions for each destination out of each regions based on product bouquet created on online and queries to conversion on the offline front
Comprehensive SWOT Analysis of competition branch/region-wise.
Work in close connects with hotel contracting team.
Working in close connect with marketing to promote the products created on destination assigned
Driving sales on all fronts - online and Offline (Retail, B2B, Affiliate) - and achieving the set budgets/pax numbers for FIT/FD out the destinations assigned
