Job Responsibilities:
Tester will be responsible for the ongoing quality assurance, testing and validation of releases. Assist in providing time estimates for all testing efforts during the development life cycle.
The candidate will get the chance to work on unique and innovative solutions on a highly scalable ERP platform. This position will partner with the development teams to ensure that all functionality is met from the business requirements.
Should have thorough understanding of Testing processes and practices.

Hands-on proven experience with testing and QA tools. Experience working with design and development professionals.

Job Description:

1) Create and execute testing scripts.
2) Analyze and Test the code functionality to ensure that it is defect free.
3) Understand business requirements to ensure that the package meets the intended needs.
4) Conduct system tests to ensure smooth integration
5) Tracking testing activities and complete daily reports.
6) Partner with delivery team to resolve open issues and retest functionality
7) Working experience in test data set up and test execution.
8) Good understanding of Functional, Integration and Regression Test planning
9) Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment


Desired Profile :

1) Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal. Need to interact with Clients.
2) Working experience in testing ERP, Web applications and e-commerce applications.
2) Detailed knowledge of Manual Testing and awareness of automation tools.
3) Good in test case designing & bug reporting.
4) Should be able to write efficient Test Plan and Test Cases.
5) Comfortable in documentation - SRS, Use Cases, Activity Diagram & User Manual.
6) Experience of payroll, finance management, inventory modules testing will be an added advantage.
7) Excellent analytical and logical skills.
8) Thorough knowledge of structured test methods and processes.
9) Good at analyzing and documenting the requirement.
10) Ready to take extra responsibility.
11) Good Knowledge of SDLC process.
