Job Position: BDO (Business Development Officer ) & Research Associate in Real Estate sector.

5Days working

Candidate must be confident, excellent communication & presentation skill with dynamic personality to handle International as well as Domestic client.

Job Profile:

-Continuous engagement with the clients through various outreach initiatives.(For a few initial meetings, Companys Manager/Team Leader will accompany the BD0 to client meetings or make presentations in a group meeting etc.)

-Getting feedback from the customers and sharing with the analytical team
-Collection of surveillance/Existing fees for the rating process
-Collect Mandates for enhanced debt facilities from existing clients.
-Maintaining relationships with the Branch Managers of the banks in respective cities/areas to obtain assistance from the banks for support for renewal of the accounts or getting mandates for enhanced debt facilities.
-Banker meetings/presentations to be organized in the area/city for the respective bank branches to update them on the Bank loan ratings products and the processes.
