Walkin Interview for Employee Relations Senior Executive & AM  on 21st & 22nd August b/w 12 pm to 4 pm.

Job Description:

Prepare and report the detailed Employee Engagement Dashboard.
Prepare and report the detailed attrition analysis.
Implementation of robust Orientation process.
Responsible for planning, collating, tracking and adherence of Event Calendar.
Conduct the joining formalities, induction & orientation of new recruits
Co-ordination with IT & Administration departments for providing logistics to the new recruits
Responsible to generate new hire, termination & salary modification actions
Managing Employee Relations through continuous interaction with employees
Conduct skip level meetings with the employees on regular basis and responsible for the timely closure of all the issues / grievances
Responsible to take a disciplinary action incase the conduct of an employee is not in accordance to company's policies
Responsible to provide assistance to an employee on issues & grievances related to company policy/program/plans
Tracking of new hire background verification reports and basis background verification report initiate necessary actions
Address pre and post appraisal queries / grievances and sought them to closure within the stipulated time frame
Help line managers on all aspects of performance improvement including Performance Improvement Plan, Verbal Counseling & Warnings in case the performance of an employee is not as per the standard of business
Conduct Rewards & Recognition ceremony to boost employees' morale
Skip and pulse check to ascertain employee morale and reduce attrition, employee involvement through effective communication and create congenial work environment.
